1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using JumpBar, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

2. License

JumpBar is licensed, not sold.
Upon purchase or activation, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use JumpBar on one or more devices, as permitted by your license key.

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the software or license key

  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to bypass licensing

  • Use the software for illegal or harmful purposes

3. Trial Version

JumpBar offers a 7-day trial with full access to features. After the trial expires, you must purchase a license to continue using the app.

4. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in JumpBar, including its name, code, branding, and design, remain the sole property of the developer.

5. Refund Policy

If purchased via the Microsoft Store, refunds are governed by Microsoft’s terms.

If purchased directly, refund requests are accepted within 7 days, subject to deactivation of the license. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

JumpBar is provided “as is” without any guarantees of performance, stability, or compatibility with third-party software.

We do our best to make it safe and reliable, but:

  • We are not liable for any loss, disruption, or damages caused by use of the app

  • Compatibility may vary depending on system configurations or external software

7. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to update or change features, pricing, or terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted on https://jumpbar.app.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license if:

  • You violate these terms

  • License misuse or abuse is detected (e.g., shared/pirated keys)

Upon termination, you must stop using the software and uninstall it from your devices.
