1. Purchases Made via Microsoft Store

If you purchased JumpBar through the Microsoft Store, your order is subject to Microsoft’s refund policies.

➡️ Refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled directly by Microsoft.
To request a refund, please visit:

Once there:

  • Sign in with the account used to purchase JumpBar

  • Locate your order

  • Click “Request a refund” and follow the on-screen instructions

📌 Note: Microsoft typically processes refund requests within a few business days. Approval is subject to their terms and eligibility criteria.


2. Direct Purchases Outside the Microsoft Store

If you obtained JumpBar through any alternate method (e.g., a direct download or promotional license), please reach out to:

Include:

  • Your license key

  • Purchase date

  • Reason for refund

Refunds for direct purchases (if offered) are typically available within 7 days of purchase and require deactivation of the license.
